Digital Campaigns That Carry One Message

A campaign is only as good as the message it carries. Most B2B campaigns fail before launch because they run ahead of the strategy. I plan campaigns from the position, my SliiceXR team runs them on LinkedIn, email, paid and organic, and we report them in numbers leadership can act on.

LinkedIn works for B2B when the message is specific to one buyer and one problem, and the landing page keeps the promise. Generic campaigns pay LinkedIn prices for nothing. Email works when there is a relationship and something worth saying. Paid works when the position is clear enough that the right people recognize themselves in the ad.

None of that is a channel problem. It is a message problem, and it is solved before the campaign is built.

So the first step is the message. What do you want the market to think you are, and who exactly are you saying it to? Then the channel choice is easy, and the creative, the copy, the landing page and the follow-up sequence all carry the same idea. My SliiceXR team builds and runs all of it.

Measurement is agreed before launch. Sales and marketing pick the numbers that matter: meetings, opportunities, closed business. The monthly report says what happened in those terms, in plain language. If the campaign is not producing, we change it or stop it. We do not run it to the end of the budget for the sake of the plan.

That is how a campaign becomes part of a marketing system instead of one more thing that was tried.

Our process

  1. Step 1
    One message
The campaign says what the company stands for, to one buyer, about one problem. Everything else follows from that.
  2. Step 2
    The right channel
LinkedIn where your buyers are, email where you already have a relationship, paid where it earns its cost, organic everywhere.
  3. Step 3
    Run it
My SliiceXR team builds the creative, the copy, the landing pages and the sequences, and runs the campaign.
  4. Step 4
    Report what counts
Opportunities and business, agreed with sales before launch. A monthly report in plain language, not forty metrics.

Catherine built my website, then rebuilt it as my consulting thesis sharpened. Each time, she turned a moving target into a brand that showcases my work. She has a gift for taking an idea I only half articulate and giving it a clear, modern, confident form. What I did not expect was how much I would enjoy the process: she is generous with her talent, quick to champion my success as if it were her own, and somewhere along the way she went from collaborator to friend. Working with Catherine is one of the easiest and happiest yeses in my business.

Frequently asked questions

Are LinkedIn campaigns worth it for B2B?

When the message is specific to one buyer and one problem, and the landing page keeps the promise. Generic campaigns are expensive on LinkedIn. Position first, then the campaign.

Why is our marketing campaign not working?

Usually because it ran ahead of the strategy. Decide what you want the market to think you are, then build the campaign to say it. The channel is rarely the problem.

How do you measure a campaign?

Against pipeline and closed deals, with the numbers agreed with sales before launch. The report is in plain language, not a dashboard of forty metrics.

Who runs the campaigns?

My SliiceXR team builds and runs them. I plan them from the position and keep them honest with sales.
